The room was well-equipped and very clean. I especially liked the 24-hour availability of coffee and lime water in the lobby. It was quite convenient. I also appreciated the mini-store in the lobbywith essentials for sale. It really helped when I forgot my toothbrush.
Self-check-in was difficult. It took me 20 minutes to complete it. I think the staff should assist more. The instructions on the machine were not clear.

The hotel had a good location close to the central station. This made it easy to walk to my destinations or catch a bus nearby. Havencity was also a must-do walk with so much more to enjoy in the area.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service. I found them very cute and quick to respond to questions. Having free coffee, tea and lime water available all day was such a convenience!!!

My room was modern and quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had basic amenities with a powerful shower, and that was super.

The breakfast offered fresh fruit, dairy, bread, and sweet and savory extras. There were also good coffee and tea choices to go along with it. I had an AMAZING start to my day.

i was thrilled with the free tea and coffee available in the reception area, accessible 24 hours a day! the breakfast buffet was amazing and there were plenty of coffee and drink machines. i found the staff at breakfast very friendly and the room was a really nice size. plus, i appreciated how easy it was to find a bus route.
i did notice the rooms lacked a safe for storing personal belongings, and there wasn't an iron available. parking was also quite expensive! i think hotel clients should receive some kind of discount on parking.

the room decor was cheerful and bright! i found it very convenient there were sockets by the bed for charging my phone overnight and the shower was also easy to use and good!

the breakfast had plenty of options and coffee machines are easily accessible! there were diverse coffee variations from an exclusive coffee machine for self-service, as much as you want. there were also many types of tea available.

the hallways and doors were beautifully colored in vivid colors! the hotel has a modern and futuristic vibe! the atmosphere makes you want to finish your day with a cool beer or wine in the evening.

the hotel location was good and near the railway station! it is about a 15 minute walk from the train station or one bus stop away. there is also good reasonable priced private onsite parking.
